Molly started out in software development before moving into business development and account management, where she has spent the last six years. She loves meeting new people and helping firms get real value from their software.

After travelling around New Zealand in 2024, Molly fell for the lifestyle and scenery and made the move from the UK in 2025. Outside work she is usually running, cycling, or off on an outdoor adventure, and has recently taken up pottery.
