With extensive experience in leadership, service design and commercials across a range of industries, Louisa brings the insight and expertise to guide OneLaw into its next chapter. She leads company-wide strategic initiatives designed to strengthen how we operate and support OneLaw’s continued growth.

Outside of work, Louisa trains her two Birman cats to communicate using talking buttons and enjoys immersing herself in Japanese culture and language, including the art of ikebana. She also loves cooking, following the financial markets, mentoring tech start-ups and travelling with her family.
