Three ways you could save time with OneLaw

This helps you reduce paper use at your office, and you can also leverage off the existing IP contained in your firm’s entire document collection, independent of Author. It’s a no-brainer.

 3.       Automated document creation

The amount of time spent manually creating documents for clients is often grossly underestimated.

Possibly one of our biggest time savings can be achieved with our OneAuthor module. This allows you to bring up the appropriate template (personalised for your firm) for anything from a letter of engagement to a court document, settlement statement, agreement or deed.

With the structure already set up, you can easily complete the document with matter specific information, and even draw relevant data from OneLaw’s client/matter database to do this.

We have had clients comment that a settlement statement – which can take 15-20 minutes to create – can be finished in just three minutes using OneLaw’s automation. Complex equations like apportionments are calculated automatically – we do the maths for you.  This is a serious time-saver!
