OneDesktop is an easy to use yet powerful document and email management system. With components embedded in Microsoft Outlook™ and Microsoft Word™, OneDesktop enables a client/matter centric approach to managing important documents and emails.
Documents and emails can be easily found by performing a content search, similar to Google™, across all documents and emails stored on OneDesktop. This allows staff to leverage the firm's IP contained in their existing documents and provides an additional avenue for conflict detection and avoidance.
OneDesktop stores files in most formats removing the need for the storage of physical documents. Scanning and storing all documents in OneDesktop enables firms to move closer to the elusive 'paperless office'.
