Chasing unpaid bills? 

It’s probably not your favourite thing on the to-do list. Not only can asking clients to pay up be frustrating and awkward – it costs your firm valuable man hours and revenue loss.

We understand that, which is why we’re making the process much quicker and simpler with our newest module:  OneCollect. 

Currently in the refinement phase, OneCollect, an automated workflow system, takes the hassle out of chasing tardy clients. It does this by keeping track of accounts rendered, and allowing you to email or text message reminders to those clients with the click of a button. 

This means instead of manually checking for unpaid bills and drafting up time-consuming reminders, it will do the legwork for you. 

You simply use pre-customised templates for letters, emails or text messages. 

During set-up we work with you to create the templates and personalise them for your law firm, varying them in intensity from a friendly reminder to a threat of court action, depending on your unique requirements. 

OneCollect then uses existing client and matter, and accounts rendered data with your custom templates to create and send follow-up communications to the appropriate person. 

This will free up a lot of time that could be better used on the effective running of your firm. 

Nothing fancy. No tricky tabs or confusing add-on’s. 

Just a simple solution for an age-old problem, which could greatly benefit your business. 

Some of our firms told us it was important to them, and we listened. One in particular told us they had a full-time credit controller whose only job was chasing up unpaid bills all day.
